How do I log my weight?
Open BodyLog → tap + on the Dashboard or use the Siri shortcut “Log weight in BodyLog”. You can add an optional note.
Apple Health / Garmin scale — weight not syncing?
1) Enable Settings → Health → Daily import from Apple Health.
2) In Garmin Connect (or your scale app), allow writing weight to Apple Health.
3) Open BodyLog after weighing — today's reading imports automatically.
Manual entries for today are never overwritten by Health.
iCloud sync between iPhone and Mac
Sign in to the same Apple ID on all devices. Enable iCloud sync in BodyLog Settings on each device. First sync may take a few minutes.
How do I export or delete my data?
Settings → Data — export CSV/PDF or delete all local data. Revoke HealthKit in iOS Settings → Privacy → Health if needed.
Widget not updating?
Log at least one weight entry, then remove and re-add the BodyLog widget. Widget reads the latest entry from the app group snapshot.
TestFlight / beta builds
Install via TestFlight invite from the developer. Beta builds expire after 90 days — install updates when prompted.
System requirements
iOS 18+ (iPhone/iPad), macOS 15+ (Mac), watchOS 11+ (Watch). Apple Health and iCloud are optional.

Otwórz BodyLog → przycisk + na Pulpicie lub skrót Siri „Zapisz wagę w BodyLog”.
Waga z Garmin / Apple Zdrowie nie synchronizuje się
Włącz import w Ustawienia → Zdrowie → Codzienny import. Upewnij się, że Garmin zapisuje wagę do Apple Zdrowia. Otwórz BodyLog po ważeniu.
Sync iCloud iPhone ↔ Mac
Ten sam Apple ID na urządzeniach. Włącz sync iCloud w Ustawieniach BodyLog na każdym urządzeniu.
Eksport i usuwanie danych
Ustawienia → Dane — eksport CSV/PDF lub usuń wszystkie dane.
